• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing disappear, despite having been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the deletion or destruction process to third parties to whom personal data have been transferred, if any.
• To object to the occurrence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
• In case personal data are processed unlawfully and damage is incurred, to request the compensation of the damage.
