ORAY Prefabrik: Innovative and Functional Solutions at the Ankara Baskent Emlak Construction Site

ORAY Prefabrik took on a leading role in one of Ankara’s prestigious projects, the Baskent Emlak Construction Site, offering innovative solutions tailored to the site’s needs. In this large-scale project, a series of prefab structures were constructed to enhance the functionality and comfort of the site.

Within the scope of the project, various prefab office buildings, both two-story and single-story, were designed and implemented. These buildings, with their modern and ergonomic designs, provided an excellent working environment for the site management team. Additionally, prefab dining hall buildings were included in the project to meet the social needs of the employees.

The security and training needs of the site were also addressed. Occupational health and safety (OHS) and training buildings were specially designed for the safety and information of the workers. These structures contributed to the safety of the project by ensuring a safe and aware working environment on the site.

To meet the accommodation needs, dormitory buildings consisting of 2-story and 3-story container combinations were constructed. These buildings offered comfortable and safe living spaces for the workers while adapting to the dynamic structure of the site. Security booths and site containers were designed to meet the security and logistical needs of the project.
