ORAY Prefabrik’s Success: Quality and Innovation at Istanbul Metro Construction Cobancesme Site

In 2016, we at ORAY Prefabrik successfully undertook a significant task at one of Istanbul’s most important transportation projects, the Cobancesme Site of the Istanbul Metro Construction. In this project, we successfully built and delivered a series of innovative and sustainable prefab structures tailored to the needs of the construction site.

Especially notable in our project were our single and two-story prefab office buildings. These offices, with their modern designs and functional use of space, significantly increased the efficiency of site management and contributed to the rapid and efficient progress of the project. Providing a comfortable and effective working environment for the site workers, these offices played a critical role in the success of our project.

Our dormitory buildings were constructed considering the accommodation needs of our site workers. Designed with a focus on comfort and safety, these structures met the rest and relaxation needs of our workers, significantly improving their quality of life with their modern and practical designs.

Our dining hall buildings provided our workers with access to healthy and delicious meal options. These spacious and airy structures became an important center for meeting the social needs of our workers on the site.

Another key element of the project was our pre-manufactured steel workshop buildings. These workshops provided ideal conditions for storing and protecting the equipment and vehicles necessary for efficiently conducting site operations.

Our site containers, with their flexible usage possibilities and high durability, offered solutions to the logistics and storage needs of the project. These containers responded quickly and effectively to the various needs of the site.
